Your Forms
You can personalize the
JACKPOT! application to make both the content and appearance of
forms better meet your needs.
Options for
Customizing JACKPOT! Here are the several
choices that you have available for personalizing JACKPOT!:
- Student
Name.
If you type in the student's first name, all pre-formatted reinforcer
choices that appear later on the page will be personalized with
the student's name.
- Student
Gender.
If you select the student's gender from the pull-down menu, all
pre-formatted reinforcer choices will be rewritten to use masculine
or feminine pronouns.
- Font.
The default font (letter shape) that appears in the student forms
is San Serif. You can also customize the look of your forms
by selecting Serif or Courier fonts.
- Text
Size.
You can select a text (letter) size of small, medium, or large
for your student forms..
- Reinforcer
Survey Form Name.
The Reinforcer Survey form has a generic title (Reinforcer
Survey). Or you can type in your own title for this form.
- Reward
Menu Form Name.
The Reward Menu form has a generic title (Reward Menu).
Or you can type in your own title for this form.
- Reinforcer
Survey Directions.
The Reinforcer Survey form has a generic set of directions for
administration. Or you can type in your own unique set of directions..
- Reward
Menu Directions.
The Reward Menu form has a generic set of directions for administration.
Or you can type in your own unique set of directions..
